What the audit covers

A practical diagnosis, not a promise of instant rankings.

RankBump looks at evidence from the website and supported search, performance, authority, and AI-visibility sources. It separates an observed problem from a check that could not run, so an unavailable source does not become a false zero or a made-up recommendation.

The report puts a short list of next steps before the detailed evidence. It is designed to help an owner decide what to fix, what to ask a developer about, and what to monitor after the change.

Search visibility

See whether the business appeared for the selected customer searches and review observed nationwide keyword evidence separately.

Local visibility

Review one clearly labeled location-centered sample and any confidently matched business-profile evidence.

Optional deeper checks

Add Website Trust, Website Health, Website Content, or AI Search Visibility to the same eligible report.

Three clear steps

Tell RankBump what customers search, then work from the evidence.

1. Describe the business

Enter the website, the work the business does, the market it serves, and up to two customer searches for the Basic audit.

2. Review Basic results

Search Visibility and Local Visibility finish first. The report shows what was observed, what was not observed, and what could not be checked.

3. Choose what happens next

Use the recommended actions immediately or add one or more optional sections without rerunning the original original evidence.

Example report

Useful even when a website has little search visibility.

A new or low-visibility website may not have positive rankings to display. That result is still useful: it establishes a dated baseline, identifies the pages and competitors that searchers are seeing, and gives the owner an ordered starting point.

The public RankBump self-audit shows this honestly. It recorded no observed presence in two sampled searches, no observed nationwide ranked keywords, and zero mentions in eight successful AI checks on July 23, 2026.

Important limits

An audit is a decision aid—not an agency, guarantee, or complete view of Google.

  • Search samples reflect a stated query, place, device, language, time, and search depth. They are not a universal ranking.
  • A result marked “not observed” means it was absent from the successful sample; “unavailable” means the check did not produce trustworthy evidence.
  • RankBump provides prioritized findings and guidance. The customer or their chosen specialist is responsible for implementing website changes.
  • Search and AI systems change. Repeating the same benchmark later is more useful than treating one snapshot as a permanent score.

Questions

Before you run an audit

How much does a Basic audit cost?

Basic costs $3 once and includes Search Visibility and Local Visibility. The current optional-section and bundle prices are shown before checkout; no paid section is added without the signed-in report owner choosing it.

Does RankBump fix my website?

The audit identifies and explains what to improve. It does not change your website. You can use the guidance yourself or share it with a developer, writer or consultant.

Can an audit guarantee better rankings?

No responsible audit can guarantee a ranking. The report helps replace guesswork with evidence and an ordered plan; search performance still depends on implementation, competition, time, and systems outside Wildwood’s control.

What happens when a provider check fails?

A failed or missing check is shown as unavailable. It does not become zero, a false absence, or an ordinary recommendation.
